When is the Destiny 2 weekly reset?
The weekly reset happens every Tuesday at 17:00 UTC. That is 10:00 in the morning Pacific time during daylight saving and 9:00 in winter. The daily reset runs at the same time of day, every day. The countdowns at the top of this page always show the real time left, in your own time zone.
What resets every week?
On Tuesday the featured raids change, weekly challenges become available again, vendor stock rotates, and Xûr’s visit ends. Raid and dungeon loot lockouts also reset, so every character can earn the weekly rewards from each encounter again.
What are featured raids?
Each week Bungie puts a couple of older raids in the spotlight. A featured raid has its weekly challenge active, its loot can be farmed, and its Master version (if it has one) gives extra rewards. The newest raid sits outside that rotation and keeps its own weekly objective every week. Not sure how to clear one? When does Xûr arrive?
Xûr arrives every Friday at 17:00 UTC and stays until the weekly reset on Tuesday. Since The Final Shape he always stands in the Tower Bazaar, so you no longer have to hunt for him across destinations. See the Xûr page for his full inventory and past visits.
