Destiny 1 Grimoire card
Strikes Introduction
"There are threats that must be faced with unfettered aggression. Are you ready?"
Strikes Introduction is a Grimoire card from the original Destiny (Destiny 1), found under Activities → Strikes. Grimoire cards held most of the game's lore and were read on Bungie.net and in the companion app, not in the game itself.
Card text
Our enemies hide among our lost worlds, plotting to ensure our extinction. But the Vanguard keeps a vigilant watch on places where the creatures of the Darkness grow strongest, and seeks Guardians bold enough to join forces to face them.
Grimoire text written by Bungie, shown as it appears in the Destiny 1 game files.
