Restoration is a Grimoire card from the original Destiny (Destiny 1), found under Activities → Story: Earth, Old Russia. Grimoire cards held most of the game's lore and were read on Bungie.net and in the companion app, not in the game itself.
Card text
"Taking down an Archon is no easy task. With the master of the Fallen servitors gone, the House of Devils will scramble to protect their Prime Servitor. And securing an NLS Drive will let you join the fight beyond Earth. Mind the Speaker's wise words. I believe he speaks for the Traveler." - Commander Zavala
Grimoire text written by Bungie, shown as it appears in the Destiny 1 game files.
