The Wardcliff Coil is an Exotic Rocket Launcher in Destiny 2 that deals Arc damage from the Power slot and uses heavy ammo. Its signature exotic perk is Mad Scientist. It comes with a fixed set of perks, including Mechanized Autoloader. Source: Exotic engrams; extremely rare world drops.
Perks
This weapon fires a volley of rockets and grants Bolt Charge to all nearby allies for every other rocket that it fires.
This version has a fixed roll: the perks above are always the same.
