Skyburner's Oath is an Exotic Scout Rifle in Destiny 2 that deals Solar damage from the Energy slot and uses primary ammo. Its signature exotic perk is Slug Rifle. It comes with a fixed set of perks, including For the Empire. Source: Exotic engrams; extremely rare world drops.
Perks
This weapon lobs explosive slugs. When you're aiming down sights, the slugs travel fast and straight. When you're firing from the hip, the explosion is larger and applies Scorch to the target.
This version has a fixed roll: the perks above are always the same.
