Riskrunner is an Exotic Submachine Gun in Destiny 2 that deals Arc damage from the Energy slot and uses primary ammo. What makes it special is its intrinsic perk, Arc Conductor. It comes with a fixed set of perks, including Superconductor. You can get it from: Exotic engrams; extremely rare world drops.
Perks
When taking Arc Damage, this weapon becomes more powerful and resists incoming Arc Damage. Kills extend the time in this overcharged state.
This version has a fixed roll: the perks above are always the same.
