Heal Clip is a trait in Destiny 2 that can appear on 54 weapons. There is also an enhanced version with a stronger effect.
What Heal Clip does
Reloading shortly after dealing a final blow grants Cure to you and your nearby allies.
Enhanced version
Reloading after dealing a final blow grants Cure to you and your nearby allies. You have additional time to perform the reload.
