Cooling Baubles is a trait in Destiny 2 that can appear on 11 weapons. An enhanced version exists on crafted and some newer weapons.
What Cooling Baubles does
Collecting an Elemental pickup, collecting an Orb of Power, or destroying a Tangle reduces heat. Elemental pickups include [Solar]Firesprites, [Void]Void Breaches, [Arc]Ionic Traces, [Stasis]Stasis Shards, and [Strand]Strand Tangles.
Enhanced version
Collecting an Elemental pickup, collecting an Orb of Power, or destroying a Tangle reduces slightly more heat. Elemental pickups include [Solar]Firesprites, [Void]Void Breaches, [Arc]Ionic Traces, [Stasis]Stasis Shards, and [Strand]Strand Tangles.
