The Message, Part I isn’t a separate Lost Sector. It’s a step in The Final Shape campaign where you find a Lost Sector entrance, clear it and try to commune with the Traveler. It takes place in The Broken Deep in the Impasse, and the boss is Rhalis, Subjugator of the Light. See that page for where to find the entrance.
