Vanguard Quartermaster is a Grimoire card from the original Destiny (Destiny 1), found under Allies → Tower Allies. Grimoire cards held most of the game's lore and were read on Bungie.net and in the companion app, not in the game itself.
Card text
As trustworthy as frames come, Roni 55-30 was designed to smooth troubled waters. Cayde has spent long hours trying to evoke any hint of frustration in his distant machine cousin, but Roni remains exquisitely composed.
Grimoire text written by Bungie, shown as it appears in the Destiny 1 game files.
