Nova Bomb is a Grimoire card from the original Destiny (Destiny 1), found under Guardian → Super Abilities. Grimoire cards held most of the game's lore and were read on Bungie.net and in the companion app, not in the game itself.
Card text
Channel the Traveler's Light into a bolt of energy with the power of a collapsing star. The devastating Nova Bomb scours the battlefield with ethereal fire - but be careful in its use. It takes precious moments to summon, and it must be aimed precisely to avoid obstacles.
Grimoire text written by Bungie, shown as it appears in the Destiny 1 game files.
