Crests is a Grimoire card from the original Destiny (Destiny 1), found under Activities → Crucible Arenas. Grimoire cards held most of the game's lore and were read on Bungie.net and in the companion app, not in the game itself.
Card text
Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks all carry a distinguishing Crest. In the Crucible Supremacy match type, Crests represent tangible glory, and Lord Shaxx calls for Guardians to defend theirs to the fullest extent.
