Frame of Reference is an origin trait in Destiny 2 that can appear on 9 weapons. An enhanced version exists on crafted and some newer weapons.
What Frame of Reference does
Final blows with this weapon temporarily grant increased damage, reload speed, and range. This effect is frozen in time while the weapon is stowed.
