Destiny 1 Grimoire card
Phogoth, the Untamed
"The summoning tempers their rage...but first that rage must be stoked."
Phogoth, the Untamed is a Grimoire card from the original Destiny (Destiny 1), found under Enemies → Exalted Hive. Grimoire cards held most of the game's lore and were read on Bungie.net and in the companion app, not in the game itself.
Card text
Phogoth's presence in the Summoning Pits reveals yet another of the Hive's depraved designs - a ritual of rebirth, where an Ogre's ravenous hunger and violence is honed and given purpose.
Grimoire text written by Bungie, shown as it appears in the Destiny 1 game files.
