CALUS Mini-Tool is a Legendary Submachine Gun in Destiny 2 that deals Solar damage from the Energy slot and uses primary ammo. It is built on the MIDA Synergy. Random rolls can include perks like Eye of the Storm, Threat Detector, Dynamic Sway Reduction, Grave Robber. You can get it from: Acquired from the Menagerie aboard the Leviathan.
